We understand the importance of making sure furniture is just right for your home and chosen space, arriving in perfect condition, fast and with the best customer service right on your doorstep.
We have designed a personal delivery service available for our UK customers, including Scotland and Wales to give you peace of mind when ordering online.What are the benefits of choosing PDS:

- Delivered to your chosen room (ground floor only)
- One hour call prior to delivery.
- Our delivery driver will make sure you're happy with this item before leaving.
- Should the item not be suitable we will take it away the very same day FREE of charge!
- Special Delivery requests welcome.
- Contact with the driver throughout day of delivery.
Please note should you not wish to keep the item on day of delivery you will not be charged to return the item but shipping costs will be deducted from your order refund.
How much does PDS cost:
£50.00 to UK customers Monday - Friday
Saturday delivery available for £65.00.
Should your location not be listed please enquire for cost of delivery.
Once your order has been made we will call you to discuss a delivery day and time once a delivery time has been confirmed we will dispatch your order and you will receive confirmation shortly after.
We hand deliver 90% of our larger furniture items and on occasion will use DHL delivery services.
Upon delivery the customer will be asked to check the item of furniture to make sure they are happy with the item before our delivery driver leaves the premises.
Once checked and signed that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item that has been delivered to you, it will then be the customers responsibility then on. This is both for assembled and none assembled furniture. We cannot take responsibility if defects and damages occur after the customer has signed and checked the item on delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched or successfully delivered this item cannot be further discounted nor reduced unless faulty or damaged.
Should you wish to not pay for PDS there may be a DHL delivery option available.
However, the benefits listed above will not be available with this service and you will be responsible for costs should you wish to return the item (unless damaged or faulty). There is also a risk of damages when using certain delivery services meaning there is a possibility we will not be able to replace the item within your order if damaged in transit.
DHL delivery may not be available on particular items depending on size and weight.
