We have officially reopened and dispatching orders as quickly as possible.

Our current delivery time is 1-2 working days from the day your item is dispatched. This is excluding Seasonal Holidays and sale events (Black Friday) where you can expect slightly longer delivery times. 

FURNITURE DELIVERY & Heavy duty items: 
Once we have sent you a dispatched email for your furniture purchase you will receive a confirmation email shortly after of your scheduled delivery date and time. We can give you an updated ETA on the day of delivery. 

We hand deliver 90% of our larger furniture items and on occasion will use DHL delivery services. 

Upon delivery the receiver will be asked to check the item of furniture for any defects & damages themselves to make sure they are happy with the item before our delivery driver leaves the premises.

Once checked and signed that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item that has been delivered to you, it will then be the customers responsibility then on. This is both for assembled and none assembled furniture. We cannot take responsibility if defects and damages occur after the customer has signed and checked the item on delivery. 

Once an order has been dispatched or successfully delivered this item cannot be further discounted nor reduced unless faulty or damaged.

FURNITURE RETURNS:
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods.
(unless faulty or damaged)
We recommend tracked shipping and will not be responsible for lost parcels nor be responsible for damaged returns. 
All furniture items must be returned in its original packaging.

FURNITURE COLLECTION or EXCHANGE:
Should your furniture item require a collection on some occasions this can be arranged; a surcharge for collection will apply unless damaged or faulty. (prices will vary depending on location)

You must make contact regarding your return within 5 working days of delivery. Once the 5 day return period has passed unfortunately the order cannot be returned, amended or discounted.

Depending on where you live and stock availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Furniture on hold (being stored by NBC)
  • Made to order products.
    Once a 'made to order' product has been purchased and entered the production stage unfortunately this order cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Unfortunately we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (unless damaged or faulty)

Please do not dispose of your item unless one of the team have advised you to.

We are in partnership with DHL delivery who do not deliver from Friday - Sunday or bank holidays. Due to high risk of damages, we do not send orders out on a Friday for Monday delivery. 

Please also note: Any additional items ordered with furniture or pre orders will have a separate delivery charge at checkout. - You will still receive express delivery when your order/item arrives in store.
