Pre order policy
A selection of our interiors are listed as pre orders, this allows customers to secure their desired product. This is often due to high demand items continuously selling out.
When pre-ordering with us you will need to subscribed to our mailing list.
This is so you receive regular updates regarding your order. If you do not accept emails from us you may risk not being notified of important updates.
We try our best to make sure your pre-order items arrive on time.
However, our dates are estimated and never guaranteed as we rely on our suppliers to advise us on the arrival time of each product.
In some cases items may arrive earlier than expected or later.
Please note due to COVID-19 and new Brexit laws there may be further delays. You will be advised and updated if your order is experiencing any delays via email. Ensure you have signed up to marketing emails otherwise your updates will not reach you. Please also check your junk folders regularly.
You will be notified once your pre order arrives in store.
You will also receive notification once your order has been dispatched with relevant tracking information.
You can cancel your pre order at any time, unfortunately once dispatched your pre order cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Any additional items ordered with furniture or pre orders will have a separate delivery charge at checkout so available items within your order can be shipped immediately- You will still receive express delivery when your pre order item arrives in store.
